Very unprofessional service!I was asked to choose a design off the internet and they will do it for me hence I chose a simple design and the lady messed up. (They didn’t have any design samples)7 of my nails have my original nails showing on each side as she used smaller nails on me - pls see photos.One of my nail was chipped while she filed it but she went ahead and applied gloss to finish the job - pls see photos.She was very aggressive when I politely said ‘the design you did is nice however it does not look like the picture I showed you, she continued to say it’s the same… (she should know this more than me as that’s her profession! She than chatted to another lady and spoke in their language, they finished their conversation and this lady who did my nails quickly started to remove my nails, and the lady started to take off my nails so that the other lady could try to do them like the picture, and I refused as I had to pick up kids from School.Never going back!Paid £38 for a rubbish service.

Absolutely terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The staff are so rude, they argue with customers and aren’t great at doing nails.

I have never seen anyone doing nails like this,the lady I used to go is having a baby so I decided to walk in in this salon for a manicure, my child is 6 and he would do it a lot better.OMG very unprofessional, I would never come back and do not recommend this.Please see a picture from this salon at the end and one from the lady I am usually going .What a difference.....how can this girls be allowed to work in a salon

I Saw the bad reviews, but my daughter had been and hers lovely. So I gave them a go. Lovely people, fast and got exactly what I asked for.

Best nail shop! I have been coming here for years and will never stop. They are all so brilliant at nail art and can create whatever you’d like. They are always so accommodating too, asking every customer if they’d like a cold or hot drink. And very affordable prices!

They completely rush the job and just know how to make money. There are so many nail salons in grays, I suggest you people look elsewhere! Won’t be coming here again! My nails were chipped in the edges, not painted very well and had to go the next day to fix my nail because coincidentally, it broke! Without me even doing anything to it. Just goes to show they didn’t do a great job!

Worst experience ever getting my nails done. Had my toenails and finger nails done, such a rushed job, she didn't allow the coats to dry properly it caused the gel to lift and bubble. I got an infection in my toe and have had to seek medical help I am in so much pain.

I recently moved to this area and was looking for a salon that does builder gel, although they have bad reviews I gave them a go and I have now been a couple times. You get what you want they listen to you and confirm the shape you want, the colour you ask for they try it out on one finger and confirm if you like it, fantastic service. The staff in the salon are so kind and polite especially Katie who I always get my nails done by. Would definitely recommend!
