Super easy and efficient booking/payment system, with friendly and knowledgeable staff picking up and dropping off on time. Ski's always come back fresh and ready to go!Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I did the one day Snowboarding service training day. The booking was easy on-line however the differing start times threw me a little but it all worked out fine by purely choosing what worked best for me.The instruction was given at a good pace with questions answered when voiced. I was given the opportunity to practice on my own board while being assessed. Tara (the instructor) was patient and encouraging throughout.Once’s finished it was great to have the equipment required available to buy so I could get straight on with working on my families’ boards, and with a 10% discount as part of the day cost.A really enjoyable and useful day. Would easily recommend it to others.Thank you Snowboard Guru

Great. I contacted them to service some skis and they did the job well, quickly and for a good price. They were knowledgeable and easy to deal with, plus the pickup and drop off service made it all very easy. Recommend.

Outstanding service!Pick up and drop off was punctual and so easy for me from my house, communication was fab all the way through, I got some great advice - snowboard guru is SO knowledgeable and friendly. Service itself was excellent and I got lots of tips about maintenance. I’ll definitely be keeping in touch for future advice on my next board and for all future services - it’s so much more efficient and easy getting it done at home rather than wasting time in resort.Absolutely brilliant, would totally recommend!
