It had a very pretty old fashioned decoration.Lots of choices for tea including non caffeine ones. My fruit tea was nice.As it was busy, recommend to book beforehand.

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating. Lovely surroundings. Sweet treats not great as were given flavoured gelatin in little cups. Taste and texture not nice but scones were absolutely delicious.

Our experience at Fleur de thé was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Harriet, Deborah, and Scarlett. Despite being busy with the service, they managed to make us feel at home and even engaged us in delightful conversation. What stood out the most was the surprise they organized for our engagement brunch, which added an extra touch of warmth and care to our visit.The atmosphere of the salon de thé was simply lovely and cosy, making it the perfect setting for our group of 10 people. The quality of both the food and drinks was impeccable, and we savored every bite and sip.Overall, we cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to spend quality time with their family or friends. Our trip to the salon de thé was nothing short of wonderful, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. 100% we recommend it!

Incredibly hospitable staff did a brilliant job helping us to celebrate our 88 year old friend's birthday. Food was great. We'll definitely come back.

I really love it here. We've been here for mother's day afternoon tea and recently a baby shower. They're so helpful with groups and the food is amazing!

This was such a beautiful experience! I went in with my two girls for afternoon tea and the reception from Jackie and her team was A star. The room itself is very pretty and eye catching. The sandwiches, scones and treats were so spot on. We all had a wonderful fairy tale time and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. x

Went here for afternoon tea, we would normally use Browns in Dartford, but decided to give a local place a try, and we are very, very glad we did, the place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, we were met with a friendly smile and shown straight to our table, there were 6 of us. There was unlimited Tea and Coffee and the sandwiches, Cakes and Scones were perfectly made and served in a timely manner, there was plenty to eat. Excellent selection of both teas and coffees and very well made.One of us has allergies to mayonnaise, but that was no problem as they were told in advance and produced separate sandwiches for them.I have dropped one star off service only because towards the end service was a little slow, we ordered extra drinks and it took a while to get served.Saying all that we had an excellent time and will be visiting again very soon.
