Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Market Weighton)

Recently joined Genix and seen the same dentist Bilal twice, he is such a lovely guy, made me feel welcomed, informed and treated with such respect. Recommending him to all my family and friends A+ treatment. Did have a blip regarding something else, but the practice manager Megan was also lovely and resolved the issue. Thanks again.

I recently attended a hygienist appointment having not attended the dentist for a while. My appointment was with Danielle, & Nicole was my dental nurse assisting. I couldn’t fault the care received from both Danielle & Nicole. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Danielle did a thorough clean on my teeth and gave advice on how to keep them in the best shape between dental appointments. I felt at ease during the appointment and really happy with my clean! Thank you Danielle & Nicole, I will be recommending to both friends & family.

Me and my family attend for regular check ups where I have always been very happy with the service received. Today my daughter has attended to have some teeth removed in preparation for braces. The dentist was very professional, friendly and great at reassuring my nervous daughter.

Really impressed with the whole team. They made a very nervous patient feel at home and didn’t judge me for not going to the dentist for a long time. Relaxed experience and I’m not worried about future appointments now (and I have a lot coming up!). Thank you!

I have always found the Genix team to be polite, helpful and efficient. Always receive a text and phone call to remind me of my appointment which I really appreciate.Just had to have two fillings and can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing.If Carlsberg did dentists.

1st time at this dentist and have to say after pervious dentists I have been to the staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s no hidden costs everything laid out as it should be.And (Reece) who checked me over was very reassuring and very professional and spoke to me in a way I could understand and I felt very much at ease. And asking me if I had any further questions and put a plan together for me and how to treat my teeth for the long term. Very happy and see you guys again soon thank you so much

Well. I was there for emergency. My situation was hard as I had infection and anesthesia doesn't work for me I had horse dose twice and second timed I wasn't agree for it as I have heart problems. After some time from injection doctor started pull tooth out. Horrible pain I went we need to wait 10mins or something and doctor said she have no time... Can you believe? They do on a chord or just I was bad because I payed only £24?! Don't know but I i felt everything. Finally they helped me that's why not 1* but I was feeling like item fixed and kicked out

I’ve been going to Genix at Market Weighton for a few years now. The staff are great, polite and always willing to help.Our dentist Rachel is great. I suffer with really sensitive teeth but any treatment I need is always done with care so I don’t feel anything! :)
