Fantastic Customer Service by Dan & Farhana! They went above and beyond to fix my lighting issue and recommended the perfect lighting bulbs to purchase. Visited the store at Chadderton and bought two light fittings and a bulb. It was nice to stroll around the store seeing all the lights illuminated. I was helped by Bernie who was efficient and friendly. The bulb wasn't in stock and I received it free delivery the next day. Great shopping experience.

From the first phone call I made enquiring about a light fitting I had seen in line, to my visit to the Chadderton store the staff were second to none. So helpful without putting any pressure on me to buy. I then discovered I had picked the wrong fitting!!! Not a problem at all. The staff were once again amazing. If you’ve thought of lighting, however obscure , you’ll find it here and more.Staff were exceptional with their assistance, and in particular Dan who dealt with us .Not often an assistant makes an impression on you these days- we were still giggling as we drove home.
