I highly recommended Mark, he is really friendly and knowledgeable. First day in my new house, boiler leaking and washer not working. Mark came out immediately as he was worried my boiler was over pressured and may damage itself. He was kind, courteous and fixed the problem. Will definitely use his services again. Thanks Mark!

I was recommended to Flo Rite by a couple of friends on Facebook when my boiler broke down on one if the coldest nights of the year. Mark popped round that evening and made a quick fix until he could get a part the next day. Since then Mark and Harrison have installed a new boiler, fitted new radiators, replaced a valve in a toilet, resealed a plughole in shower and a few other plumbing jobs. They are always very professional, informative and generally a lovely couple of fellas.

Really great service from Mark, he helped me with a broken boiler and honestly couldn't have asked for better. He tried to help me fix it for free over the phone before coming over and quickly replacing the broken part. Really top notch customer service.
