Awful. No customer service whatsoever ever. Obviously took money very promptly but said I’d be contacted day before delivery. Never happened. Missed two delivery dates with nothing. Despite me ringing and emailing. Telephone just rang off and when I was called back the person sounded bored and disinterested. No point of contact either - just a nameless email with vague promises. WORST company I have dealt with in a long time. Shed is adequate at best too - which for £1600 is just gutting really. I was so excited too! I don’t believe I’m uptight but communication with something like a shed delivery is helpful. I took time off work to be here and no one bothered to let me know either way which is unacceptable. Do not buy from this company is my advice. One star is one too many

I have given this company chance to reply to me before posting publicly but as I haven't heard back....Do not trust this company! I am a nurse who worked through lockdown and decided to treat myself to a summer house. I found one I liked and ordered it...and waited...and waited. Finally I was told sorry we can't source that one but we can upgrade" you to this one. In desperation I agreed...and waited.. and waited! Finally 6 months after placing the order...and paying I was given 12 hours notice of delivery. No reply when I said this wasn't possible and returning home from work to find it dumped on my drive. Ordered with ease and was kept fully updated on the journey to delivery day - the fitter was absolutely great and friendlyWould definitely look to use the company again!One satisfied customer.

The shed I ordered in December 2022 was 3 weeks late . On the day the delivery was due I received no notification that there was a problem with the order. I paid 100% in advance. The company offered no rebate or compensation. The shed is fine , but 'I Like Sheds' in not the manufacturer therefore for my next purchase (and I do need another shed) I will go elsewhere. Maybe I was unlucky, but I cannot recommend to friends or family.

Well what a story - the delivery date comes and so you ring up to check where it is, after all it's 5 weeks since you ordered it! And.... sorry dear customer there is no shed of this type available, instead of the plastic one you ordered you could have a cheap nasty looking wooden one or a metal one - types that you rejected before you ordered. And of course it's not their fault. No words about delivery being delayed - it's just not available. Refund of money - of course sir, not sure when it will get into your account!!!! Compenation for their failure to deliver or communicate - course not sir. Ooooh they are polite and it really makes you want to have a good moan.So zero stars for the goods - never going to be sent.Zero stars for communication - if I hadn't chased when would I have found out?And zero stars for their idea of service!Just in case you're wondering why I have given 1 star - you can't post without giving at least 1 star, so apologies for making them out to be better than they are!!!!!!

Nothing but praise for iLikeSheds, they offer a wide range of products at competitive prices, the shed we chose was of very high quality and the delivery was fast and without any problems. They offer a construction service which we didn't use, but our shed was easy to put together in a day and none of the parts or fixings were missing. Really very happy.

We ordered our summer house and had brilliant correspondance with the company. They kept in touch and were always quick to respond to queries. Yes we waited a little longer but we understand that this may be the case at this time. I cannot fault them at all. Delivery guys were friendly and well informed about the product and gave us tips for putting it together. Thank you to the team. We're thrilled with our new summer house. It is great quality and beautifully made.

Great product but arrived mouldy. Having to stain the wood to ensure preservation. Had an issue with delivery of the product and a change of address was needed. Spoke to Misha who sorted the issue very promptly but only passed half the details to the driver. I then had to deal with the driver to sort the final delivery. The delivery went really well.

Shed delivery was fine and the build quality was good. My only disappointment, maybe due to my lack of understanding about the description ( Low Eaves ) I thought the shed was small in height, however now built completely I'm very happy overall with shed and service ! Thankyou

We ordered a Cheshire 12'x6' plastic shed on 19th Jan and received it on 3rd March: rather longer than promised. We were surprised how flimsy the plastic panels are: there was no indication of this on the website, and we were expecting something rather more substantial. However, all the pieces were there and we put it together in the hope that the aluminium frame would stiffen them sufficiently. We were impressed by the clarity of the instructions. It took us about 10 hours to complete, which we spread over three days. The shed provides the space we want, with the benefit of both walls being available for stuff, there being no need for a window. We hope it will last longer than our previous wooden one.However, it soon became clear that it cannot stand up to wind. Even though it is fairly sheltered by a six-foot fence against the prevailing winds, the whole top of the shed was distorted sideways by a stiff breeze and the doors forced open, despite the sliding bolts being in place. There was fortunately no damage, but if this happened when we were away, I would imagine the doors would get ripped off if it continued to be windy. I have constructed some wooden bracing on the outside to hold it vertical (see photo), which I hope will deal with the problem, but we are disappointed that the construction was not as robust as claimed. The company has not responded to this criticism, which we emailed to them over 2 weeks ago.
