Their stuff is lovely. My other half bought me a ring and in under a year it snapped where the band meets the top bit. I took it back and asked them if there was anything they could do, to only be told no because it's wear and tear. Sorry but silver rings are definitely supposed to last longer than a year. Will not be returning.

Brought ring on Saturday 12th august and by Monday the 14th there is a dark green band round my finger and the ring is now tarnished. Sterling silver does not do this!!!!!

Went in today to buy my Mum a birthday present, Chloe the sales advisor was so friendly, knowledgeable and really listened to what I was saying and I ended up buying her a bracelet that she absolutely adores. Could not recommend this shop highly enough!

Bought a necklace for my girlfriend, but wasn't quite right. Went in and not only did they do a full, no fuss exchange, but they were really friendly and pleasant.

Bought what looked to be a very nice pair of shell decorated earrings. Very shortly after purchase on I think the 2nd time wearing them, a friend pointed out that some of the inlaid shell pieces had fallen out of both earrings. I'm not local to Brighton so could not travel all the way back for a refund. Items look nice but obviously not as good as they appear, and not cheap either.

I absolutely love this shop and have recently bought a perfect hamsa necklace and ear ring set for an 18th birthday present.. Ive been coming here for years now, and the staff are thoughtful and friendly
