Travelling from Cheshire to collect a dresser from Kay. Arranged to meet at 1pm, unfortunately M62 traffic was at a standstill for a while, and slow with fog on higher ground. We kept Kay informed and he patiently waited for us, for over an hour. What a lovely guy. I’m so pleased with the dresser that we purchased. Well worth the journey. Kay helped to load it onto our van. Would definitely deal with him again, if the opportunity arises.

Partial flat clearance was completed so efficiently despite horrendous traffic hold ups and delays. Professional, polite and courteous. I would recommend!

Pro Clearance were absolutely wonderful. Right from first contact Kay was so helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile. With it being so difficult to know who to trust they explained to me about the Upper Tier Waste Licence and other essential advice. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Clearing my mums house was a task, but these guys did what we couldn't and I was worth every penny. It was important to me to know these weren't just cowboys. Theses guys were professional curious and even hoovered up after. I was sent video of the stuff at the tip giving me piece of mind that the stuff had been recycled responsibly . A review ??… Where do I start. I had 3 quotes for my removal. £360, £650 and £900. After reading amazing reviews for this company I decided on them paying the £650. I spoke to kay a good few times beforehand and he was so so lovely and helpful. My moving date changed and then the day I finally moved I asked them to come an hour later than planned. 10 o’clock came and went… they turned up at 11:30, I’d already got a guy of my own in for £80 for the day. He had all the stuff outside for them which saved them a lot of time. They were rough with my stuff, damaged multiple things including wardrobes, my sofa, my mattresses, Didn’t have a clue how to manoeuvre anything. My guy had to show them pretty much everything. Getting to the new house they didn’t know where to put anything despite it all being stickered with locations. They told my guy to say that the fridge freezer wouldn’t fit up the stairs because they didn’t wanna carry it up. They were constantly complaining , said they were surprised a mirror hadn’t smashed on the way. Left things at my other house that were supposed to have been loaded. Wouldn’t assemble my stuff at the other end, but it had been included in the price. All my food defrosted because it took them so long and I was only moving 3 miles up the road. I complained to the boss and he told them what I’d said, so they drove away and refused to finish the job. The boss made them return to finish, and me and the boss agreed I’d only pay £500, and offered toReplace the frozen food if I sent him a list. I did so and he refused to foot the bill. All in all I had a lot of faith in this company but they failed miserably to meet any sort of standard. So now a trip to Iceland at my expense. They may look good on paper but honestly, I’ve seen s**t fights between monkeys at the zoo more organised than this .
