Nathan and Joe are good guys and the new shop is great. Only giving 4 stars as the queue is sometimes so large I wait for ages then have to leave without a hair cut. Get some more staff in here and it would get that fifth star.

My husband won't go anywhere else. Nathan is a nice guy and the place is comfy to be in. His old place was fully accessible, but the new place is absolutely not, which is a huge shame. Good prices and good banter.

Rubbish service booked on line appointment for Chester turned up taking time out my day only for the barber to be preoccupied with another customer. Waited 10 minutes in hope that the I could get haircut but it was apparent that the barber had no intention of meeting my booking slot. So I’ve left never to return. I’ll be surprised if this one stays open beyond Christmas 23. Plus only free parking on the site for 30 minutes, so pretty useless all round.

Ethan is a superb and reliable barber, he’s been cutting my hair for around 5/6 years and could never fault one of his cuts. Highly recommend.
