Three

My phone went into voice over mode/ touch assist. If anyone has had this issue you will feel my pain. No control over the phone, no face unlock and Siri doesn’t work. UnableTo call for help so decided to take into three, Scott and Sam were excellent in diagnosing the issue and within 10 minutes were able to fix it. Very pleasant and a great help, massive asset to the company. Keep up the good work boys

Fantastic service at the 3 Mobile store in Bishops Stortford. The store manager Julian and store assistant Chloe were incredibly helpful. All in all great service, and the assistance I received in store certainly contributed to my decision to stay with 3 Mobile.

There is a man who is working there called Damian,He is the worst manager ever ,His attitude is so bad and he just ask his friends to put good reviews about him.

Damien was very helpful. He knows a lot about tech, tech services and everything that one needs to know about Three products and services.

Excellent customer service from Damien and Store Manager regarding a scam message I had received. They were so helpful and reassuring.and death with the whole matter for me.

Damien was very friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to choose a new phone.
