After a few weeks of e-mailing, telephoning and visiting many different suppliers of LED strips, we were getting more and more confused. We really needed to see the lights we were buying- 30metres covering 4 zones. We found Led lighthouse on line. The website invited phone calls and drop-ins and Richard was helpful and welcoming on the phone, so we went to visit. The showroom is perfect for seeing the different lighting effects and making informed choices. Chris was sooooo patient and informative. He pointed out and explained pitfalls with some of our plans, which no other LED supplier had noticed. He provided solutions and worked with our vision using his expertise creatively and kindly. We left with the LEDs feeling confident and excited about our purchase.
