The shop itself is fine, but the menswear range is about as exciting as watching paint dry. They're clearly aiming at 'Octogenarian/Old Peoples Home' as their demographic, but when they're all dead, M&S will die with them, like Debenhams did. They were fashionable and innovative once. All a bit sad really.

i bought some yogurt and when i got it home i noticed it was leaking bit i didnt think much of it, but when i put it on my breakfast it made everything ave an incredibly strong metallic taste, i took it back and they said the warranty had been voided by me opening the product and they couldn't help me. never going here again incredibly untrustworthy.

Fantastic service from Hailey in the cafe, what an absolute gem, professional, kind and courteous. She made the whole experience of having a relaxing coffee with my family well worth it, I've visited twice from Wolverhampton and she's just fantastic. See you soon Hailey, thanks Jas ❤

Such a lovely location and a very nice well set out internal store, that has kept the building as fitting in with the rest of Stratford so well - and that takes a lot for this well walked home of Shakespeare

Very poor toilet facilities for customers. Baby change/disabled toilet with a barricade in front of the door, out of order. Huge queue of women waiting for the ladies. I took my toddler daughter in to the men’s to be greeted by one cubicle, which was in use, still in use five minutes later. I had to go to McDonalds and use their’s instead. In a shop of this size I would expect much more toilet facilities for your paying cafe customers

Really helpful member of staff (didn't get her name but helped update a credit note after a part purchase). The till did not want to play ball but the member of staff's patience and politeness was a credit to her and the store so well done M & S. As this was my first visit to Stratford in 20 years, happy to go back again and definitely go back to the store.

Currently having external work done, but this still doesn't affect the shop.Womens downstairs.Men's upstairs.Underwear upstairs.Children's available..A foodhall downstairs.Stairs and escalator going upstairs.Cafe upstairs.A medium sized shop, but quite an old building.All Seems fine except being followed by the security guard for taking photos is a little excessive.

Went to the cafe in marks and Spencer’s got lot of moody and rude stuff when I ask about new hot chocolate she was very Rude and when before I left I heard them being rude about me

Very good shop, enjoy going there. Neat and organised, good selection of clothes, some cosmetics and food. Value for money, no frills.Only disappointment was the fact that fitting rooms downstairs were closed, due to lack of staff as shop assistant pointed out without mentioning that one on first floor was open. Luckily I found out, otherwise hadn't been able to buy my awesome new trousers.
