Honestly had a good experience dropped all the bags of clothes and they took the lot honestly most still had tags on as well lady was lovely

Terrible. We’ve used this place a few times before so we knew what to expect with some of the clothes being refused. Today the lady was on another level, she rejected 50% of the first two bags. In the end I told her not to bother I’d rather dump them. She promptly picked my clothes off of her scales and proceeded to throw them at me. I’ll never recommend nor go here again. Shame I have to actually leave a star.

I found the lady very helpful. She sorted through the clothes very carefully and i ended up £30 richer! Well worth the visit and i will certainly be returning.

Have been here a few times, not going back. The woman was rude, ungrateful and threw the things she didn't want to one side and seemed extremely fussy. Not even a thank you. Donated loads of clothes and shoes for £3!? Would rather give to a charity shop, at least they are more grateful.

Westcliff branch- Took 7 bags got 3 back the clothes she rejected was in really good condition she ripped all my bags open just chucked the stuff down that's she rejected in a pile I then had to try and salvage the bags she ripped open to be able to bag the stuff back up I asked her why has she rejected it she said too old so I then asked why are you saying it's old she then said I don't know rude and unhelpful is what she was

Took 4 whole bags of good quality clothes, lady rejected a load of good condition clothes, (including 2 new tops for example) came out with 2 bags only got five pounds.This is the second time I have taken clothing there, purely for speed and a few pounds. Definitely won't bother using again.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Women was extremely rude, rips opens the bags, throws the clothes on the floor without even looking at time and decides they are no good. I had to then pick up the clothes and say what's wrong with this the website says this is acceptable , she would look at it them decide it was acceptable. Clothes had never been worn and labels was still on them. She ripped open a suit bag that had a brand new suit in and threw it on the floor. I even phoned up to complain about the service in the shop and the women on the phone was just as useless. I would strongly suggest you avoid this place and go else where!

Absolutely disgraceful. Came to our house ripped open 5 of the 15 bags we had for them of high quality clothes ( his words) including new stuff with labels still on but refused to take any saying they were too old, very disappointed

Lady was nice, helped me carry bags, speedy service thank goodness as I had my toddler. Took all my clothes after a quick look through (I left the bags open). Thought I would leave this review as all the bad ones nearly put me off going, but I’m glad I did as I’ve had a good clear out and am £17 better off so it was worth it.
