AJS Windows installed an Orangery lantern, and 5 very big sliding glazed exterior doors with a large window, front door and replaced a blown window unit installed by someone else years ago.I did keep changing my mind and they were flexible and offered images to help me with my final decisions, each unit was bespoke sizes, with the aluminum framework made to my chosen RAL colour.The designs and workmanship was superb, the lads who fitted were knowledgeable and friendly, kept the work areas clean and tidy.I love my new room and it was above my expectations, delighted customer, who cant wait to show it all off over the Christmas period. Thank you guys.

They did a marvelous job on a replacement external door. They were very professional, efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable. They left no mess, took away the broken door, and fully explained what they were doing. The survey of the door was very quick along with the order, manufacture, and installation. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again.

Fantastic Service from AJS Window Installations, Julie was outstanding, Professional and very helpful. The first time I spoken with Julie i knew i was speaking with the right person. I had 4 window's replaced and they look perfect, i also had an old pipe which needed taken down for which Julie and the team have kindly arranged to take away. This is the best window company trading at the moment. The business run a very professional operation and they care about the customer. I had three old wooden box sash windows replaced with upvc casement windows and a bay window. The finish is outstanding, thanks to Billy, a very experienced fitter, that works to a an extremely high standard. These guys did double glazing for my 91 year old mother's terraced house. They did a really good job and were very tidy workers. I have recommended them to friends.

Recently had my entire house windows double glazed by AJS windows, Ken came out to measure the windows who was very friendly. Followed by a surveyor who sorted out a minor issue of measurements.Rod and the team were extremely professional, punctual, reliable and friendly. The service is truly outstanding and very reasonably priced also. Extremely pleased with my new windows which look extremely smart and are FENSA regulated.Throughout the process, I was kept informed and was able to text Julie at the office aswell, she is a great asset to the company.Would definitely recommend to all if you're wanting an outstanding, professional, competitive and reliable service.

I am shocked to read the experiences of some of the reviewers as I have used this company many times and have always had the very best of service with good prices and brilliant quality. We have had traditional upvc windows and aluminium bifold doors with no issues at all. I don't normally do reviews but wanted to reassure people that the company is well run by Roy and his staff and always a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended them many times to friends and acquaintances who have all been happy with their windows, doors and the service they have received. I definitely recommend this company.

AJS Windows provided the best service, quality of products and workmanship I have ever received from a trade installer. They did what they said they would in a timely and professional manner and the windows and doors which were installed by them are stunning. Their communication was excellent and it was a real pleasure to have their guys on site, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure the job was done properly and in a clean and tidy manner. I had two windows and two composite doors fitted by AJS 5 years ago. I've had nothing but problems from day one and they haven't gone away. Handles missing, windows not closing properly and door frames poorly installed. When I got the previous owner out to have a look he admitted they don't manufacture the doors and the company that does has gone bust. So now I have a door that keeps coming off it's hinges. They are under new management now and when I call about my door problems (front doors frame is coming loose....again), they deny that they have any records of my purchases and that all of the staff are different. Even though Julie still answers the phone. She's pretty useless and probably the most unhelpful person I've ever spoken to. When I want to take things up with management, she refuses to put me through nor gives out any name. I'm now going to replace both doors as a security precaution and both windows. Steer clear of this lot unless you like burning money.Follow up review: After posting my review I got a call from AJS the next morning.I was expecting them to say that they'd arranged for an engineer to come around soon and fix the problem I currently have. What I got instead was a very annoyed Julie. She basically told me in no uncertain terms that she was very upset that I had mentioned her name in the review. She also stated that she'd spent the last two days trying to find my file (apparently they don't have a computer system like every other business) and now wasn't sure if she wanted to continue to help me (something I wasn't even aware of).
