Went and in for a quick bite to eat; the food came quickly, the staff were friendly and working hard, both out front in the kitchen. Especially the guy at the counter (approx. 6ft, light brown hair, glasses)! That dude knows what he’s doing! I hope Burger King know they have a great team at Newcastle Central Station! Keep up the good work :)

Jack served us this morning. My order didn't go through and I had to reorder my breakfast sandwich. Jack was very polite and professional.

Was assisted by Stephen - was very helpful and polite and nothing was too much bother for him. A real credit to the store. Food was delicious and hot and the kids enjoyed their meals. Great visit overall

Food was good. But our server was the worse server I have ever met, very very rude. He wrote his name but I couldn’t read it (written on the paper in the picture). I hope he gets proper customer service training because everything else was great.

Clean environment two automated machines to order food on. Some background music not to loud just right. Food was good Bacon on top of my chicken Royal what’s not to like fries were good to finished off with a hot chocolate. I was served today by Morgan very helpful and polite.

A bit of a let down.Ultimate Breakfast sandwich was sad. Ketchup tasted cheap.Latte was Luke warm.Over priced due to location probably.3 pound for a reg Coke Zero and more than half was ice. Cheaper to get a coke from a nightclub.Advice … go to Greggs.
