Great staff. Receptionists were wonderful and so friendly. Jon and Emily made me feel so comfortable throughout my check up. Highly recommended.

As usual I had a five star service from Jon he even let my grandson and daughter watch, so to get him use to the environment he is 18 months old. Keep up the great work you ALL do.

My daughter was very nervous about attending her appointment but Dr Trickitt was so calm with her and explained her proposed treatment extremely well, it put my daughter at ease. Thank you so much for your help and advice with both my son and daughter today!

I've always had wonderful experiences with North Petherton Dental Practice with every dentist. Laurie is no exception and is an amazingly skilled, considerate dentist. Every Dental Assistant is extremely comforting, supportive and professional. The receptionists are always incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Thank you for being so professional, diligent and reliable.

Kayleigh was really reassuring, explaining throughout the procedure what was happening. She gave me all the information I needed and I felt completely confident in her hands.

Absolutely awful. Appointments cancelled constantly, can't get through on the telephone, different newly qualified dentist each time and botched dental work that needs redoing. If we had an alternative NHS dentist available in NP, we'd be there in a flash!

Always get fantastic service.John is the best dentist I've ever had, give him a pay rise immediately, you don't want to loose him!!!!

During the past 5 years of visiting North Petherton Dental Practice I have been seen by some good dentists, and some bad. They seem to have a high turnover of newly qualified dentist. Most appointments have been great, one has left me with ongoing issues.It is however their reception team that cause the most frustration. Contacting them by phone seems to always be a challenge. Emails are hit and miss and often get answered with advise to call them. Appointments get cancelled by email with a week or two notice, but when we finally get through to rebook the nearest appointments are months away.My wife moved to another dentist towards the end of last year due to the ongoing frustration, but advised that I will remain. During a call from the practice manager regarding issues raised it was reiterated that I would not be moving and was thanked for staying with them. I even had an checkup since and set another appointment for today, for which I had a recieved email confirmation from them.Today showing up for my appointment I was told I had been removed from their books when my wife left.That was the final straw.

Really good experience I was actually 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. My dentist is lovely and gave me some useful information and the rest of the staff are lovely too.
