The kindest, fastest and best service there is. Jason helped me with some print requirements for a funeral during Covid. At a time when everyone else put restrictions in place to make a sad situation more stressful, Jason and his team couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Having never produced my own greetings cards previously, I approached Pro-Active without knowing what was possible or what was really involved in the process. From my first communication, I found the Pro-Active team to be extremely friendly and responsive - nothing was too much trouble. I spent several hours with Sy and Simon on my first visit and they were very patient with me and all my questions! They explained the process and technicalities, ensuring that I was 100% happy with the images by producing several test copies before printing out onto the final card I had chosen. I have limited experience in this area and the support and service I received was truly impressive. Also, despite contacting Pro-Active just before the New Year at a time when many similar companies were closed, my cards were ready for collection early.
