Friendly staff, nice selection and food discounts for bulk purchases. Delivery was arranged within 3 days and driver helped to offload the pallet into the garage.

I tried dozens of places to try and get hold of a tile that I was told that was discontinued and never really seemed interesting in helping me out. I never really leave reviews but I appreciate the help form Chris and mark so much for importing these tiles. Happy customer and Iv got to say the customer service I received, deserves some praiseThankyou

Called in stokes looking for bathroom tiles but just couldn’t find what I was looking for, a lady asked if I was ok and told her I just can’t find what I am looking for she was so helpfully shown me different tiles as I didn’t want gloss .I shown her the tiles I liked and she said I could have both samples she was so helpful I would have come out without finding anything..The ladies name was Margaret McKenzie fantastic customer service ,we will be returning to purchase the tiles .

Great selection of tiles. Great guys been a few times here over the years. They are so helpful and no pressure to chose what you want. Ended up spending 1.8k on a fantastic looking tile for the bathroom.
