Thank you Niamh. I am in a stressful situation as my landlord changes the letting agent. The new letting agent sent us an email to terminate all of our contract earlier or they want to increase the rent. I was frightened. I phoned and emailed Niamh and she sorted out the problem in one morning. I have worked with her twice and thank you for her professional. Best luck to her.

Extremely frustrating experience waiting on Property People to respond to TDS in order to return my deposit.After moving out in 31st October I am still waiting for Property People to confirm the amount requested despite several emails confirming they will do so.So frustrating after a good experience renting but this negligent behaviour has left a bitter aftertaste.*in response to owner reply*Property People have not responded to the TDS it is still ongoing after three months.The property inspection was completed in two days as I moved out on the 30th October and a new tenant moved in on the 1st November.The claim is still open and I am still waiting on property people to amend their mistaken request. TDS tried to get confirmation from property people and surprise surprise got no responses.If only you were as quick to reply to emails as you are to negative google reviews.

I have house shared multiple places with different agents and this really isnt worth the hassle. Tenants chosen just to fill rooms and no consideration to the existing tenants. Some of us have standards and rubbish would be just thrown anywhere by some tenants, no cleaning, no assigning of cupboards or shelves to tenants etc. free for all.At times it felt like reporting things through the correct procedures and nothing was being actioned. Covid is no longer an acceptable excuse for items to not be repaired instantly or maintenance to be carried out

First time renting with property People. I spoke with a lovely girl I think her name was niamh, she was so accommodating when I was working full time and arranging a visit to the house. She had a good understanding and knowledge of the house, area and the other tennents I would be moving in with. She was so prompt with all the paperwork and nothing was too much trouble for her and reassured me that if there any issues or concerns to contact her.Highly recommended property people, they are professional and personable
