My dog has just had the best haircut ever, Alice was brilliant with him. She listened to a very detailed list of instructions from me, I’m so fussy about how he looks. I can say he looks amazing and smells like fresh linen , also supper soft. Can highly recommend Alice at Hair off the dog.

The best dog groomers I've ever been to! Alice has cut my doggie for the last few years and she is amazing - I'm really not sure how she does but every time he come out he looks perfect. Despite being knotty and scruffy when he goes in. He even smells good - not that he approves of that :)

Popped in today after visiting the Empawrium for dog food to see if they could help with clipping one of my dogs claws which had curled over. The girl who I spoke to took a look and said she could do it right away. I have never taken my dog to the groomers before so wasn't sure how he would be but one of the girls held him while one clipped and he smiled the whole time (he is a Frenchie!) The girl was so helpful and polite. Definitely recommend and will go back for any dog grooming needs in the future.

We have a very water shy Doberman. Hair off the dog always manage to calm him, reassure him and send him home to us looking and smelling at his best. They are very accommodating and we won't take Nitro anywhere else now we've discovered these groomers.

Brilliant Groomers, so thorough and extremely friendly! Never feel rushed and are extremely helpful when I ask questions or advise. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dogs are always excited to see them when I drop them off.

Fantastic. Hayley helped us out, as Skye our goldern retrever had just left a groomers ( Happy Paws) Skye was left in a bad way. Not dry, only 1 Paw was cut & trimmed. ( I thought all dogs had four legs) & smelt of swimming pool chemicals.Hayley & team looked after Skye and finished the job off.Thankyou Hayley & Team.

What more can be said then.. WOW.. I have a 18 month toy poodle named Bonnie and over this time I have tried several local groomers but none have achieved such great results, Bonnie looks absolutely beautiful...Thank you so much Alice

My German Shepherd does not like having a bath and will try to escape at every opportunity but they still get on with it and have foiled every escape plane so far. She's always lovely and clean when I pick her up plus they are lovely people :)

Alice always does a fantastic job with our Japanese Spitz Fuji! Great small studio, never packed to the brim with dogs so safe and sensible unlike some studios that get as many dogs in as possible. Always a quick and efficient turnaround
