Brilliant location, great views and spacious apartment.Decor of apartment 21 was fairly dated and we were disappointed because 2 days before we were told that allocated apartment has been recently renovated.Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, caused significant discomfort and back pain. Mattress topper was offered after 2 nights which did nothing to help.Please change the sofa bed in Apartment for your future customers.

Amazing location, the apartment itself is great and spacious with sea views but thing that let's it down is manky old sofa bed and chair that needs to be replaced. Springs gone in bed and bottom has fallen out chair. Upgrade of furniture needed.

Excellent location, good size apartment with all the facilities. I booked the downstairs apartment and felt a bit of dust in the apartment and the carpet felt a bit dirty and greasy here and there. One of the kids got very sick after playing on the carpet and we wanted to leave after the first night but eventually left after two nights even though we booked and paid for three nights. I felt the sofas and the carpet need urgent upgrade for sure. We covered the sofas with the towel before using them as they felt very old and shabby. There were spider webs at the corner of the bedroom and also needed attention near the windows.

We have stayed at these apartments for a few years now, however for some reason there seems to have been an onslaught of wooden flooring in the apartments. This led to us being woken every morning at 6am with what can only be described as the sound of a heard of cattle above our heads. The sound proofing on the rooms and the sound dampening on the wooden flooring is appalling. I wouldn’t advise staying here if you want a good nights sleep. It’s really unfortunate as we really enjoy coming to stay, but the quality of the workmanship on laying the floor is woeful.

Nice little self-catering unit. We had a partial Seaview. However, you do also see the back ends of some unattractive buildings. Easy location for beach access. We tried to get someone in reception for 3 days to request a fan and get our parking disc for display, but there was never anyone there, nor answering the phone as per the Guest Info Book. We emailed the booking agent to send an internal request but nothing came from it. It got uncomfortably hot in the middle of the night without a fan (visited in May/June). Some of the kitchen equipment was in need of replacement but we did not have to use it much as we ate out mainly. Unit was relatively clean. Location is lovely - very close to the beach. I recommend reading the Guest booklet on arrival as we thought we were left without bedding for the sleeper couch on the first night until we found it was stored under the bed in the main bedroom! Wifi on day one was terrible, but the following 3 days was great (I had to work during my stay). Overall is was great, would definitely recommend.

Good place for short stay.Mostly all rooms have sofa bed as well along with actual beds. Just FYI for others.Beach view is not so clear from all rooms and clearly visible from 2 or 3 specific rooms.But really beautiful beach nearby.

Nice apartments. Got the balcony that overlooked a courtyard wish i jad one looking at the rocky landscape. Overall, great place and neat rooms and bathrooms.

Lovely few days, apartment very nice, comfy bed, great sofa bed and efficient under floor heating. Would have preferred apartment dos and don'ts in the apartment. Phone signal not great, either none or slow.

Just stayed for 3 nights lovely very clean 2 bed apartment with sea view. Lots of towels and bedding. Everything we needed for our stay just need to purchase food and toiletries. 2 min walk from huge sandy beach and restaurants next door 4 mile drive to Newquay town centre will definately return very impressed.
