Always interesting, good selection of middle aisle items. Great food. Just fruit and veg that goes off too quickly, but ok if you are using it in next 2 days.

Lidl is fantastic all round really. I only have 2 gripes. 1. The baskets are disgusting and need cleaning out, looks like puke in them and there all knackered. 2. No goats milk, they prefer to sell the very popular white cow bleach (thats why the population is now lactose intolerant because they boil the cows milk and the cows are abused, goats milk is 10 times better for you and georgious tasting)

It's a new store so very bright, fresh and open. I love that there's always car parking available, it's a very convenient location for me unlike the other Lidls and I can find most of what I need. It's nice to have themed weeks, e.g. this is Greek week so we stocked up on loads of Greek foods that we wouldn't normally find. Very happy shoppers last night. Most of the staff are friendly and keen to help which goes a long way.

I like this shop. Is there enough space to walk freely. It is very rare, when product which one I am looking for is missing. Only one thing for which one I can complain is the lack of self-checkout.

Very nice and tidy. Nice to browse the centre aisle and see lots of things that you didn't know you wanted, but now desperately need. Partially dehydrated figs are a good example.Highly recommended place with ample free parking.

It's a real shame that I have to mark it down. Generally, the store is good and the staff, on the whole, have usually been friendly, warm and welcoming. As a business owner myself, I am big on customer service and tonight was very disappointing. All the tills appeared to be closed as they were all red, however, there were 2 staff sat at separate tills. We weren't sure if they were about to swap over but one of them got up to join the other shop assistant who seemed to be having issues with her till. There was a third member of staff already attending to this individual. We hovered for a bit and not one of them looked in our direction even though I was standing right in front of them. They just carried on their conversation as if we weren't there. After a few minutes I asked if they were open but they just continued their dialogue as if I hadn't spoken. After a few minutes more, the manager joined them, so now there are 4 of them. We must have stood there for 5 minutes just waiting, with no other customers. All it would have taken was I'll be with you in a moment" I was thinking that maybe they would at least apologise for the wait once they had resolved the issue but no

The worst Lidl you can imagine. ALWAYS check prices on the shelves with prices you paid at the till. I shop once a week and every single time there is at least one item that price at the till is higher than on the shelf! It's 10 pence more or sometimes 20 pence and even if item is on offer you still can pay full price! Staff knows about the issue but they absolutely don't care. I heard many times when pointed to them I was charge more than I should be that they don't know when the prices changed and it is main office fault. And that I should let them know the price is incorrect. Simply shocking!!!

Excellent quality and good prices but still confusing layout, though I haven't been in this store very often. Brilliant service tonight but fewer staff
