Pretty disappointed to be honest. Sent 2 emails and tried messaging over WhatsApp. He replied several days later with 1 message and apologised for the delay. I responded to his message (requested more photo) and then heard nothing back. Luckily got the work done elsewhere.Would go elsewhere if you want a responsive franchise.
