I was unregistered with a dentist. Suffering from toothache Beach Road saw me the same day I called for an emergency appointment. In a few days my problem tooth was resolved. The practice and staff are very professional, compassionate, listen to your needs provide appropriate treatment in a non judgmental attentive manner. Thank you!

I am relatively new to the area and needed dental treatment quickly. I was seen the next day and have continued a treatment plan with them. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. My dentist is thorough and works with me to plan the next steps. I highly recommend this dentist.

The team at Beech Road Dental Practice is lovely and very helpful. For my root canal treatment my experience has been nothing but comfortable and full of ease, being a young dentist Dr Sarwana Khan is excellent at her job. Highly recommend ☺️

I opted for Beach Road Dental Practice for an emergency appointment as i’d heard such positive things about the practice.Laura, the receptionist, is so lovely and was happy to help with any queries or worries that I had. Nothing was too much to ask for!The dentist that treated me was amazing! He made me feel so calm and comfortable and talked me through everything that he was doing, making sure I was feeling okay throughout my tooth extraction. I was given amazing aftercare advice and I was made to feel welcome! All of the dental nurses were also very kind and helpful!The atmosphere was outstanding. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist but after my pleasant experience at beach road, I no longer have any worries about visiting the dentist!I’d like to thank all of the staff for making my experience positive!

Great to a certain extent.The staff who work there are lovely and are very open to answering any questions you may have, the staff make you feel relaxed whilst inside beach house and once you leave.The hardest and most uncomfortable process is speaking with the lady on the phone. I’m not sure if it is multiple women who work on the phone or just the one. They’re a few of us who attend this dentist within our group and we all seem to come across the same issue with the women on the phone.My experience recently with the lady over the phone was when I asked polity if we could add a new patient, the lady quickly came back to me with ‘we are not taking new nhs members’. I totally understand this but when I questioned how a few others from our group have managed to get booked in recently she responded ‘they shouldn’t have taken new patients and she wouldn’t have done it’ then she went on to saying ‘they had the benefit of the doubt’ to how they manage to get booked in.She then went on to saying she got my voicemail I left this morning, but then I never heard anything back from her? So has she listen to my voicemail and then just thought to ignore it and not get back to me? Just seems a little manic as a professional would never ignore you and would surly get back to the voicemail instead of generally ignoring it and instead pick the phone up after I am constantly trying to get through to someone.. I still have one gent actually awaiting a call back still since this morning.I don’t think I will be bringing any new patients here with how difficult it seems to be just to get through to someone polite on reception..the gent I was trying to book in is now very upset in regards to how the women was acting on the phone, he also said he wouldn’t want to go there now.Other than that I give the stars to the staff who work on dental, they always make us feel welcome when there and answer any questions or queries without a fuss.

Excellent practice from start to finish. Laura on reception is friendly and very helpful and always goes that extra mile. The hygienist Kate is very gentle & professional and my dentist Gemma is excellent, caring and puts you at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beach Road Dental Practice

Had a new crown fitted over 2 visits excellent fit best i've ever had perfect colour match up. Very friendly staff throughout who made me feel very relaxed from going in to coming out. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience with the site and staff at Beech Road, a Dentist checkup followed with a trip to the Hygienist.Also fantastic support from the Dentist in getting an Emergency referral at the Hospital, glad to be a patient at this surgery.
