Hull Dental Practice

Yesterday my son a 6ft 3, 20 year old (who’s autistic) asked me to make him an appointment as he thought a filling had come out. So I rang and got an appointment for 2:45 today.I took my son and dropped him off outside the dentist, after waiting for 15 minutes or so my son messaged me asking me to come inside to him. When I got into the building a member of staff was waiting for me and took meInto my son and the dentist. She explained that my sons tooth needed removing and that my son was nervous and wanted me. Knowing my son I know he was quite scared and just wanted his dads hand to show him all was ok.The dentist and her assistant were amazing no not amazing they were out of this world.They dealt with my son so well and so patiently. Explaining everything to him in detail and constantly putting him at ease.What a first class service they gave my son today.To the staff thank you so much, I don’t think you realise how well you acted and treated my lad.

Never had a problem receptionists always lovely. I was seeing a new dentist in July told me everything good,lost some tooth in August could not get in till September. I told him and showed with my finger tooth at the bottom back so he looks quite rough to said need a filling. So he startedOn my top tooth I stopped him and said it was the bottom tooth told me I needed a filling in the top. He told me in July everything was good anyway he filled the broken bottom tooth took about 10 seconds not very good people skills.

Doesn't deserve a star at all! Used to be a patient at this practice always been rude, the last time I got seen too the dentist pulled my tooth out and was in the paper the next day because his wife reneta (2017)had gone missing (never been found) they sent me a letter telling me I was due a check up in 2020 but couldn't attend due to everything been closed because of covid ( out of my control) nothing I could do about it, however when my tooth snapped I called to make an appointment to be told I'd been struck of the list? Why? Because you didn't attend your appointment..but it was covid nothing was open how could I attend? Receptionist are disgustingly rude the practice in general is an awful place! I'd rather be in pain then attend that place!

Excellent service, emergency appointment needed and given within 2 hours. Got there early and was seen straight away. Unfortunately needed a tooth pulling but they were quick and efficient about it

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dentist was very thorough and efficient. Only downside I've to go back for a filling!!

Lovely staff. The new dentist listens however he's very keen to get the job done which is good but it comprises the service. I had a handprint on my arm from the pain and discomfort where I'd been gripping but not once did the dentist or his assistant as if I was OK. It was bish bash bosh in and out an hour later my face is still throbbing. Never has that even when I've had wisdom teeth out.

My dentist has been unwell for a long time and unavailable. Rang a few practices and was fortunate to find this one. From dentist to reception all very professional and helpful. Will probably upgrade rating when procedure finishes.

The receptionist was very nice and professional. The dentist I saw was excellent has always. I don't come to the dentist very often but it is always a pleasurable experience. Thank you
