Had a number of treatments the week of my wedding including acrylic nails and gel colour. Four days after having my nails done, 2 nails peeled straight off - the night before my wedding. I have never had acrylic nails peel off before.Thinking back, after the nail technician had finished my nails, there was a significant gap between the cuticle and where the colour started - this looked like 1 weeks growth. I felt like she rushed the service, which is a shame because I paid for a service which I didn't get. When the team is very friendly and you can tell someone is rushed, you almost don't want to say anything at the time - which was my mistake.Phoned up and explained weeks later what had happened - the initial lady that answered apologised, but when speaking to Chelsea the nail tech, all I got was this has never happened before" and she would check with the manufacturer if they changed any of their products. There was no apology and no effort to correct any mishaps. I haven't heard back from them. The other treatments were great

Had my daughters ears pierced today by the lovely Zoe.She made my daughter fill at ease, explained exactly what was going to happen and how to look after the ears.Such a lovely lady, even gave her a lolly after as a treat.My daughter is so pleased with her ear she even picked what style earrings she wanted.Would definitely recommend.

Girlfriend got shellac nails done £40. Honestly reckon I could of done a better job with an angle grinder and a paint roller. They lasted about as long as what I do in the bedroom.

I had my nails done with Mia on 09/02/2023.I wanted to get Biosculpture on my natural nails as I have heard great things about it. Looking at my nails I am very disappointed, because there was no cuticle work done and the finish was messy and uneven. I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done at this place as the service was only 30 minutes. Normally biosculpture nails take a minimum of 1hr30min.

I had a wonderful full body massage, which I was welcomed into swiftly with no waiting time. The therapy room was relaxing and the masseuse considerate and polite. In short, I felt greater on the way out than on the way in.
