Meh, better m and s branches out there. A decent size store but extremely tight to navigate especially near the most popular sandwich aisle. Once again my second encounter with an egocentric security guard, last time at boots. The guy stared at me like I was going to steal stuff and took his hands out of his pockets when I got near him and put them back in his pockets when I walked away assuming I was going to steal and he had to prepare to grab me. Food is typical of m and s good quality. The Indian woman who worked at the self-service checkout was rude when she ordered us to place the basket on the non weight reactive part of the till like we had just committed a crime.

Victoria station M&S Store kept overnight dry pastries for morning service.Went on sunday opening time 8 am, , staff were adding freshly baked pastries to the old ones from last day. The old pastries were dry and rocky. Not fair for customer who did not witness and buy unconsciouly pastries made the before.

An extremely racist manager, all his team from his own people with very less capabilities, poor customer service and angry faces with not even basic english. worked a couple of months and found it the worse people working there. Very aggressive manager and his people supervising the store.

Perfect place to buy some healthy snack and lunch .

Place is narrow. They have only self-checkout for both cash and cards. However the machine does bot accept 50 Pound notes. They have a wide variety of delicious food from many countries. The drinks section is packed with items. The self-checkout is very easy to become familiar with.

Change info of opening time. 5 minutes to close and they didn’t allowed people to come in. I asked if I could only buy a bread as it’s still before closing time but NO. So rude!

I sometimes go in here to buy a sandwich and the selection available is very good, but the store is not pleasant to use. It is cramped and, as another reviewer put it, labyrinthine. There is in fact one aisle that goes round a corner and then leads to a strange dead end. Also, the layout of self-service tills and staffed tills is chaotic. If you use the self-service tills, you then have to exit the store by threading your way through the people using the staffed tills. But I'll continue using the store, I guess, because I prefer its sandwich selection to that offered by Pret a Manger nearby.

I’m getting SO frustrated with this store. Every time I go there, the cash till seems to be out of order and I can’t pay for my items without having to negotiate with the staff in order to pay … it’s ridiculous to have so many card tills that don’t take cash, and then not keep the single working cash till operating!Not everyone can pay by card, and especially at a mainline station where this is one of the main sources of food / drink, it’s just ridiculous to inconvenience people like this. Please sort it out and make cash payments easy during all your opening hours, not just when your single till happens to be working!!!

Fridges broken, empty shelves, useless attendants chanting sorry but won't do anything to fix it for weeks, it's better to go to the other one next to McDonald's.

Time 9.22 in the morning Tuesday, 14.03.2023. I came into your store to get some energy drink and just like that security guy was behind me. I could buy this shop easy. Please teach this young man how to behave this is disgusting.Have a good day
