Heston Hyde Hotel

This place has changed for the worse! Stinks of smoke and weed everywhere, bar and restaurant closed and hotel now used to house asylum seekers. Pool is also closed, room was very basic and tired, used to stay here quite often but sadly will never stay at this hotel again. RESPONSE TO MANAGER: I did see your poor sarcastic response below and notice you highlight 3 stays however many bookings were on business and booked with colleagues. In response to being advised, and just to clarify, I was not advised when booked through a third party and nothing mentioned on my booking either, why would I book a hotel with NO FACILITIES!

It has now been a refugee camp. No more standard hotel facilities there. Day by day turning out to be a garbage.

When originally opened it was great but my last visit for a wedding and stay was below par and down right a disaster waiting to happen.They are housing asylum seekers, which in its own right is fine but these individuals are unknown entities. The wedding has children running around in and out of the venue. The place feels more like a watered down detention centre hence the numerous security.I spotted police attending an altercation between refugees/ asylum seekers.What a mess, feel sorry for all involved and caught up in this travesty.Hotel owners are just profiting! With no care of service or quality.We are living in bad times

Hotel did not meet our expectations. We were informed the pool and hot tub were not open before we arrived. Though, the room was disgusting. Windows were leaking, the bathroom was not clean, there was blood on the walls and the wall behind the toilet was rotting so every time the toilet was used it felt like it was going to fall off the wall. Did not feel comfortable at the hotel. Only stayed one night as we were traveling and didn't have time to plan otherwise. Staff were pleasant.

This hotel is currently hosting a town council group. There is a mountain of rubbish bags with the “guests” laundry in the main lobby and extra security! Nothing is as described and the pool is not accessible. No restaurant on site. It is a very erie environment…shocking actually!

A lovely venue in West London. Very spacious and open courtyard which is the reason why we choose this venue.Unfortunately, we had a very stressful experience with Amandeep. I do not recommend this venue as the customer service experience is shocking. Spending over £12k + for just an empty venue hire and to be spoken to so rudely… you would expect to receive some good customer service at least…Our wedding planning experience was very stressful as Amandeep spoke to us so rudely. The management team are nice during the initial booking period and once you’ve booked the service is completely different. If ask any relevant questions or any clarity regarding what’s included as part of venue hire, you will get messages like ‘contact your caterer- don’t message me’. It’s not supportive at all. Heston Hyde doesn’t work closely with caterers which is why a number of caterers are refusing to cater in this venueI recommend the management team to focus on training staff customer service skills. It’s a shame how poor the customer service is.

George Popov is one of the best waiters in the hotel, always nice and very good service.

When I arrived in London, the plane for my connecting flight was grounded due to mechanical failure. I tried to get a hotel at the airport but they were all filled up. I've never been to London before and had no idea which areas would be safe. I had to just start trying to find a room. I found one at Heston Hyde, but I could tell once I got to the area that this didn't look like a safe area. I got checked in, and the hotel smelled like smoke. I wasn't sure if there had been a fire or if it was just from the residents smoking there. My room didn't smell, but it was dated. When I went out for pizza at Farm Pizza, I felt scared and found a tree branch to use as protection. I also stayed in full view of surveillance cameras and ran, always watching behind me. When I got back to the hotel, there was a resident arguing with the security guard. I didn't stick around, just booked it to the room.A man at the pizza place told me the hotel was being used for immigrants and refugees coming into the country.

This Hotel is no longer a hotel its a centre to house refugees/ asylum seekers. Therefore should not be open to guests. Yes our room was fine but we were at different ends of the hotel to our daughters. They had strict instructions not to leave the room or answer the door. Many men just hanging about the corridors and outside. Rooms was clean and tidy, and as we were leaving early for a flight we just got our heads down for one night. A wedding was taking place on the ground floor but clearly no guests stayed over as the car park was empty at 7am. .
