The people at Mayfair strathstone land rover with totally amazing and very professional especially Frank the sales representative he was very polite and very knowledgeable about the cars 10/10 experience.. delivery guy Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about the car he sat with me for over two hours teaching me about the car and how it works he was fun polite actually just an amazing guy 10/10..The whole process of ordering and delivering the car was amazing well done land rover that Mayfair...

Peter (delivery driver) was incredibly patient with me and truly sincere. Fantastic customer care and support from him. Highly recommend Peter. Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Peter.Salesman Frank on the other hand was a typical salesman and lacked patient care… I felt rushed to put a deposit down, he made promises that were not kept. I decided not to accept receipt of the car and returned the vehicle upon delivery due to vehicle not meeting relevant standards. Had deep cuts and gashes in the front tyres.. yet was told via a video link that the vehicle had brand new tyres. Scratch on the rear was also not dealt with. Therefore vehicle was returned.On the other hand, Paul, who phoned, expressed his apologies for the poor service. He was very kind and showed great customer care. Thankyou.

We bought Land rover discovery through Mr Frank, he is such great person to deal with, he explained all the process nicely and helped us to make a great deal for the part exchange. Mr Anthony is another great person he drove the car to our house and spent 2 hours to explain all the options. And handled perfectly with small issues. They soon sorted this out for us!! Such great team !! Service !!! Great people !!!!

Sold a Jaguar F pace car with damaged windscreen trim, never showed or advised of said damaged, then even after they said they would refund the difference from the tax ( have email conformation of that ) as we only had it for 24 hours, they couldnt even be bothered to reply.Lesson here dont be fooled BUY ELSEWHERE
