Perfect Nails & Brows Telford Shropshire

Got my birthday nails done in this lovely establishment. Didn’t have an appointment the wait was very quick and the staff was quick to help.I presented a very hard design for the lady but she did them exactly the same way as the photo I should, always paying attention to the little detail which made them look absolutely gorgeous.Thank you so so much ladies! Keep up the good work :)

This is one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I have been left with battered nails, cuticles and fingers and as a result of which, I am left seeking medical treatment for an infection due to the multiple cuts that were caused by the use of excessive drillings, filling and “plucking” of the skin around my nails. My fingers were left bleeding and the technician could not care less. I was charged an extortionate amount with no sympathy received for an uneven, unsatisfactory job.AVOID. THIS. PLACE.

Really disappointed, went to go for an eyebrow tidy and half my eyebrow has disappeared. Completely ignored what the natural shape of my eyebrow is and now my eyebrows are much thinner than I wanted.

Acrylic not applied properly and all chipped on sides, 3 cuts on fingers due to how much they was filed. The gel polish colour was applied once which left it see through patchy at its best, needed another colour but at this point I was in there long enough I just wanted to get out.Rude owner constantly talking to two other girls not in English clearly about customers. Wouldn’t return, felt uncomfortable the whole two hours.

They have terrible services, I was there for waxing for bikini area it was very painful and my skin is damaged and I have spots of blood. I will never recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE. Anything but perfect nails. I went for an Infill today, done by the lady with red hair. First of all the nail file was blunt and filthy. Completely unhygienic. ( most nail salons now give you a fresh file and buffer as you walk in to take away????)Secondly, I had a French manicure (the most basic nails you can have) and they were completely uneven and messy. I told the technician this, who said she had asked me as she went along if they were ok (which she did, however it’s hard to tell when your hand is at arms length on the other side of a filthy apex screen) she removed the paint and aggressively filed down my nails. She then refused to finish the nails off and told me I would have to go elsewhere, even though I said she could just do a plain colour instead. I was forced to pay £15 (which I will be reversing and reporting) for plain unfinished acrylic on my nails. The remaining acrylic is all different shapes and length. Disgusting in terms of both treatment and hygiene. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, WHICH IS PROBABLY LINGERING IN THEIR DISGUSTING OVERUSED NAIL FILES.

This is what I get just for removing my gel polish . Totally incompetent nail technician ! 13£ spend for this ?!?! Now I will need months to recover my nails . I was happy with eyebrows but will not visit again this place and I am recommending this to everyone who cares about their nails .

Went to have my eyebrows for the first time and they did different shapes for both side i told that lady that one side is very thick but she didn't care. They charged 13£ for eyebrows and upperlips. Never going to use this place again

Yeah it wasn’t great….It’s interesting reading the poor reviews cause I wasn’t sure when I was in there and it reassures me it wasn’t just me!I popped in while i was in town as I wanted my nails neatened up a bit ready for my sister in-laws wedding. There was no-one else in there having nails done which I did think was a bit odd and I had heard there was another one in the kingfisher but anyway I went in and the lady asked me what I wanted and sat me down and just popped the nail colour palette in front of me to choose a colour. She didn’t clip my nails all that evenly but they look ok for what I asked. My little 5 month old daughter started crying and to be fair on them the other lady did help me by preparing a bottle for her and fed her a bit for me. She finished my nails and went to send me off when they were still wet, so I pointed this out.£20 was quite a lot for what I had done and I did find the staff just sat and talked to each other in their language and it wasn’t all that welcoming…I’m just glad I didn’t have acrylics done after reading these reviews! I won’t be returning.
