Bought a car recently from Wessex Kia Newport, everyone we spoke to was professional and showed courtesy to us. David C dealt with our purchase, informative and patient with our questions and basic knowledge of cars. Our car had to be brought over from another store which they were happy to arrange before we test drive it and made our decision to buy. David kept us informed on timelines and explained the additional optional costs. At no time was he pushy or tried to sell something we didn’t want, he was attentive to our needs and made social talk each time we visited to see and drive the car. The car was cleaned and presented well when we wanted to purchase it with all accompanying paper work. Good experience made stress free by David.

David was very informative and professional. He explained everything about the different models of cars. He gave me different figures for the different models and explained in detail everything I needed to know. He was happy to take me out for a test drive. I have now ordered my new car with him and so far he has kept me informed of every stage. Excellent service.

I spotted a car on line at this site and phoned to get some details. I spoke to Graham Pearce. He was very helpful in discussing my choice of car and negotiating a purchase within my budget. I viewed the car at Wessex Garages and again Graham was very helpful and friendly, not pushy and gave us all the information we needed to decide if the vehicle was for us, including details on other available cars. He let us test drive the car. Nothing was too bothersome for him and he really made us feel comfortable, giving us plenty of time to decide on the purchase.
