Very disappointed with the coffee table purchased. Very poor quality Veneer on the table looking bad and peeling off (it is sold in sectionwooden coffee table"!!) Definitely not worthy £169 I paid. The worst thing is that after washing the table for the first time with a wet wipe the veneer came off in some places!! I understand it's a table and as a table it HAS to be washed I cannot understand how cheaply it has to be made for this to happen.The customer service was great so far so I'm just expecting they will deal with the complaint in a professional and timely manner."

We already knew the 'to first door' delivery and planned accordingly. Delivery team were lovely and kept in touch about dates, and on the day called to give us times. Sofa is just what we wanted.

Very happy with the service. Any issue is sorted immediately, I feel really looked after. And super high lever of professionalism. The furniture is great and high quality. Mrs Ania is best person to advise and help arrange indoors. Mr Jacek is super organised. Definitely highly recommending to everyone

I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I bought a pull out shelf from their EBAY shop. when package arrived damaged I sent it back, but received no refund for two weeks since the package was delivered back. After repeatedly calling and emailing I only heard promises to call back, which were never followed through. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I really advise to anyone considering dealing with this company to think carefully about it.

Avoid if you can....!!If you live in a flat, think twice before you buy. They will drop these heavy items outside your building.ZERO customer service.They will direct you to their full terms & conditions for post sales service.Paypal resolved the dispute in my favor and arranged the refund. Think before you buy..!!

They took 4 months to come and when they arrived I was extremely disappointed. I bought the tv entertainment cabinets and they are Very cheap looking cabinets and it's just poor quality chipwood that marks very easy and the fixings do not work they are not worth the premium price and look so much better on the pictures. Also really bad customer service I asked for a refund and they didn't reply and after sending many emails they told me it was to late and it wasn't there policy I would stay away from this company as you would get a better product from ikea. I wouldn't of given one star but you have to to review.
