Nice and friendly taxi services

Left is waiting an hour in icy frosty weather when we’d booked 2 days prior. Tried calling, tried facebbook, tried google. Commented on Facebook to be told we could get a free ride next time, pointed out that didn’t help tonight to be told “offered a free ride, take it or f@&k off” screenshots available. Disgusting.

Really nice and friendly, came as soon as she could after late train meant I missed bus.
