Excellent turnaround on carpet deliveries. No issues with ordering and quality of the fitting was exceptional! Only thing to be careful of is to sand your doors down if you go for a carpet with a larger height in comparison to your older ones.

Rubbish service came out to measure up never heard a dickie bird from them phoned to see what the sp was they said because of stair lift bolts going to need a specialist and going to be expensive to fit straight forward stair carpet. Got in touch with a different company fitter came in morning said not a issue fitted same day by prossentional instead of cowboys

Really good selection of carpets. Not many to view on site, but they show samples and assist in making choice. No pressure from staff, simple straightforward communication. Wait time for carpet install is dependent on time of year, but is anything from a day to a week.

I can't say I have anything to compare the service to, but I can say the guys at Adams Carpet Dewsbury were very accommodating and efficient. From bringing samples to my door, to excellent laying skills with a much better quote than Carpet Right! I only visited their store once, got great advice on colour and type...and went with it. They layed thick vinyl in my awkward hallway (with a separate tesselated piece by my front door) and carpet with thick underlay in my bedroom. Whether I left them alone to get on with it, or engaged in conversation, they were very friendly and great to talk to.
