The Dogroom

I have been taking my dog Bella to Mark at the Dogroom for a few months now, and I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Bella always looks and smells lovely. Mark always does a great job of grooming her. Thankyou, so glad we found you.

Booked in my puppy for an intro session. Mark did such a fantastic job & did a lot more than I expected. The set up is great being an add on to his home as it's in a quiet area meaning a calmer dog on arrival! Walt was happy on pick up, looked amazing and smells great. Will definitely be back.

My 8 month old puppy went for his 2nd groom today with Mark. He looks and smells AMAZING! We will definitely be back in the new year. Thank you!

Mark offers a fantastic service and is very accommodating to the customer and dogs needs. We have used Dogroom for Finn’s grooming throughout 2022 and Mark has never failed to deliver a perfectly pruned dog with the utmost professionalism with it. Entrusted my beautiful Border Terrier boy Gizmo into Marks care did a marvelous & patient job been back again and will be rebooking shortly, good value & local convenient and does week evenings which is very helpful. Gizmo came out looking dapper and smelling lush

Mark is such an attentive, friendly guy. My cocker spaniel Nala always comes home smelling fresh and mark always takes on board anything we would like with regards to her cut. She’s a hyper pup but somehow he manages to have her nice and calm. Would recommend to anyone

Been going to Mark with my gorgeous Shih Tzu Penny, since he first opened and have always been very pleased. Mark actually listens to what I ask for and accommodates. I have highly recommended Mark to many friends as he’s simply the best!

Terrible service. Not even worth one star. The groomer refused to trim the dog's nails when it growled (nails are a sensitive issue for our dog). Okay, we agreed to have the dog washed and brushed instead. In the end, they didn't even dry or brush the dog properly after the wash! During the drying process, the groomer was flipping the dog's paws, causing it to be scared. We paid £30 for just washing the dog and wasting our time. They gave us a wet and scared dog. I do not recommend wasting your time on this grooming service.
