Very Poor customer service.i had a list of shoping needed help the staff keep telling me go left go right without checking with other staff, or come along with me or offer any help afew occasion i asked for help told me to go ahead. opposite Eastleigh store witch they helped me to complete my shopping

The Click and Collect service is sucks. I have chatted with them and requested to hold my order for one more day so that my trader can help to collect it. And the CS said Yes, but finally they have cancelled my order. And I need to re-order again and ask my trader to collect it again.

Just wanted to hop on here to praise Tomi, a customer service assistant in the painting department, she helped me out with paint colours and figuring out how much paint I needed for my room, I must have taken 20odd minutes of her time and she was patient, courteous and very helpful the entire time

Good parking facilities, well stocked, reasonably priced and helpful staff. Good self service tills are also available for those with a few small items. Fully accessible clean toilet facilities but a little far from the entrance/exit.

I couldn't work out what I needed to do a job at home. I asked one of the staff to help me. I have never been so impressed. Very polite, extremely helpful, a great asset to the company. Thank you Darren.

Looking for silk paint, couldn't find the right colour, had it mixed from a impressive colour selection very quick & easy. Staff very helpful & knowledgeable.

Thinking of getting your bathroom designed here? Think very carefully. Inexperienced staff selling incorrect and incompatible products. Spent hours on the phone trying to resolve issues, return items and refund our money. Even had to whizz down to Screwfix to get the right parts during the install as our plumber pointed out incorrect wastes for the basins and the bath. Nightmare of an experience.

not quite as cheap as Wickes or Screwfix. Or Toolstation. But this place is HUGE and maybe the convenience of so much stuff in one place outweighs the extra cost.Lots of staff around on a Friday evening; some helpful to point you in a direction, a few very helpful and willing to escort you right to the place you are searching for in their vaste warehouse, some ok to chat as long as you don't push them to walk too far.Overall, I prefer a good electrical wholesaler or Screwfix. But convenient if popping in for some paint on the way home.
