My wife and I took my daughter to the shop to buy her first guitar. The guys in the shop were so helpful and generous with giving us a tuner and a couple of plectrums to go with her guitar I can’t fault anything excellent advice and very welcoming. Again thank you very much for your generosity.

Best musician's shop for miles around. Popular with music students due to its wide range of tuition classes at prices that have been static for decades. Impressive window display of guitars! Staff on hand with helpful advice. Closed on Wednesdays.

Went in to look at the acoustic guitars on offer but nothing in particular grabbed my fancy so left with a pack of strings in the end. Both guys were super helpful and talked me through what to look for in an acoustic, not pushy or salesman-like at all which was great.I went in looking at the neck relief and playing chromatically up the neck to see if there were any dead spots, I stopped doing that after trying out the 2nd guitar because they were all set up! Makes a change from the other stores I've been to in the past where every other guitar was a stinker. I'd recommend them based on my interaction.I will try and stop by again once I've made up my bloody mind lol.

Called in early Saturday. Young guy serving was really friendly and knowledgeable.Let me play both guitars I was interested in for as long as I wanted.Walked out with a very nice (and underrated) Tradition Telecaster.

Went with my wife to buy her an electric guitar for her birthday. Brilliant service. The owner was at pains to tell her exactly the type of guitar she should be thinking of buying, and what her maximum spend should be. He didn't try to sell her a more expensive instrument than she needed at this stage. The shop has its own set of tutors and my wife has already booked up for her first lesson - above the shop. Friendly service. I may be going there myself for a keyboard and lessons.

What an absolute pleasure walking into this music shop some beautiful guitars on the hangers lots of good quality pedals and amps. They were really helpful this morning for what I needed to do. Illbe back for sure one day

I had an issue with my Marshall 410H and I took it to this store for them to have a look at. Staff were all incredibly friendly, the turn around was extremely quick and the quoted repair cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
