The time trial of Oliver Bridgeworth, the eve of the flooding a few yrs ago. Great place to hold an event. The stadium is clean, tidy and worth visiting on any occasion.

Lovely clean gym and quiet even in peak hours. Has a good selection of equipment. Probably not for the serious lifters but it has enough for most gym goers. Unfortunately.... I've fallen into that category.

Brilliant. We've just signed up for a membership and Rob was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment gets wiped down after each use which you are responsible for. All facilities and equipment are easy to use and if you're stuck, staff are happy to help!

First go, loved it. Had exclusive access with my cycle club for the evening. Experienced coach, surprisingly exhausting, better go fresher next time!
