We recently completed on a purchase where Rebecca Hyde was the lead agent acting on behalf of the vendor. We found her to be friendly, prompt and professional at all times. She always picked up the phone/ returned calls promptly and was a great facilitator of the whole process, even during the tense stages towards the end. In particular, she was able to arrange follow up viewings at short notice and gave some useful tips on moving to Cheltenham. When I collected the keys from the office on completion, I found the other staff to be welcoming and friendly. Its a nice office in a good location. Charles Lear has been amazing during our recent purchase of a house in Leckhampton. Rebecca was my main contact, though I also spoke to Tom and Vanessa. All were thoroughly professional throughout, and dealt with the minor hiccups that occurred along the way with calmness. Dan was incredibly helpful and approachable during the whole process of buying with Charles Lear. As I bought my Cheltenham flat long distance, Dan was always flexible to arrange viewings whenever I was in Cheltenham and thankfully, allowed contractors access prior to me moving in.
