GT TYRES FORRES LTD

When I arrived back at GT Tyres for the alignment of my car I noticed straight away that the light from the car where still on. Once the car was finished and the mechanic tried to start the car to make a small test drive the car, of course, wouldn't start due an empty battery clearly due there fault. The mechanic straight away went to us and said did you ever have a problem with the battery like it was my fault. I told the mechanic that he left the lights on the whole time which made the battery drain. The mechanics both had a stinking attitude toward me. Once the battery was charged after 10 minutes the mechanic drove the car out of the garage and slammed the break very very hard which made the car skid. Absolute disgusting customer service. That is not the way you treat peoples cars while you have a car garage. Really bad and won't take my car there anymore!!!!!!

Brilliant service took car down this morning with a puncture repaired and back on the round in under 30 mins first class service

In the area on holiday and needed a tyre to be repaired. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Problem resolved within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Tyre depressurised unexpectedly. GT tyres checked the pressures and replaced missing valves within 5 minutes of me arriving. Fantastic, would strongly recommend.

Cannot thank GT Tyres enough had a damaged tyre that was unsafe and it is a mobility vehicle for my wheelchair bound niece went to kwik fit as they have the contract for tyre replacement on Mobility vehicles to be told they didn’t have the tyre in stock and to try Inverness or Aberdeen them I rang GT Tyres and they had the tyre and would put it on as soon as we arrived they were helpful polite friendly and very efficient I can’t thank them enough what a great bunch of guys very much appreciated
