I have never in my life had a worse experience with any company. Going with Anglian was definitely the worst financial decision I ever made. From a high pressure sale, to a later attempt to up the price, to the lies of discounts for advertising hoardings (which never arrived) to the lies of discounts for being the last house in a post code, (all of which is decoy pricing to make you feel you have a good deal) to the botched installation or poor quality products, meaning the windows always steam up and have exactly the same problems as the ones they replaced to the constant attempts to get Anglian to replace the damaged panes and the constant lies that someone will contact me. People have come to the house 4 times now but still multiple panes need replacing. I feel sorry for the people who arrive with the wrong panes as they seem resigned to how appalling their company is, but as for Anglian. DO NOT GET YOURSELF INVOLVED with this company. I am thinking of paying another company to come and replace all their windows just to finally have an end to it all and some windows I can see out of.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Ongoing issues with installation and after care. Including failing to show for appointments, leaking windows, arriving with wrong colour and sized windows and now I'm struggling to use my front door. Never call you back. Made official complaint a year ago and still no reply.

I decided to use Anglian windows for my third time, but it will be my last. They installed one window (of 7) in December 2020 which was the wrong colour. Despite the original mistake, 3 attempts to replace it were made, the first time the correct colour frame was lost, then two more attempts resulted in the same wrong colour frame being made. I had the house re-rendered and Anglian failed to remake the correct coloured frame in time.Despite many promises of a refund, and chasing them many times, no refund was given.I’ll have to pursue this through the courts.The customer service since the windows were installed has been appalling.I now have one cream window whilst all the others at the back of the house are white!

This is for a service" I received two years ago. I needed a new front door as was unable to lock existing one either inside or out. I went to them after a local company said there would be a delay. Anglian assured me the installation would be completed within the time I required. As the time went on

If I could give minus stars I would. Probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Constantly mislead me telling me things were being done when they weren't.They demanded payments before work was complete, with a manager on the phone telling me it was complete, and the installer then didn't finish the work until mid way through the following week.Was promised multiple times they would be finished by specific dates (I had made clear from the start that I could only do the dates they had proposed if they could guarantee me that they would be finished by the 5th of July, because I had other renovation work being done and would have to cancel and lose my deposit (which I did)), and repeatedly installers didnt turn up on time or even at all, and still the manager, called Darren, then kept promising me it would be finished by the 5th and it wasn't.He told me he would give me £200 off because of the delays and issues before this, and that if it wasn't finished but the 5th and I lost my deposit then we would have another conversation to sort that out and make sure I was happy. He never gave me the £200 off, and then when it didn't finish on the 5th, suddenly he became uncontactable.I tried to create a formal complaint but have got nowhere and am almost £20,000 out of pocket because of these guys.Definitely strongly recommend against anyone using their service.

Utterly appalling after sales service. The experience is that all staff members repeatedly lie. Currently been waiting 3 months for them to repair a newly fitted door that malfunctioned and is unusable!

This company are as bad as it gets.I had windows installed in June and still waiting for them to remove sticker marks that should have been sorted on installation, one job has been done, as no foam was put around a window, you could see daylight are the windows.I've got a conservatory order, but I wanted to cancel due to the window issues, Anglian say I must pay 5k if I cancel.Tried to contact a guy called Craig Cornock, he never rings me or returns my emails, still waiting for the CEO Martin Rutter to reply to my email.Please don't hire this company, you will regret it.

I must say it’s not the fitters I’ve got a problem with it’s the company. What a bag of rubbish, read the reviews before havingthere windows and doors utter rubbish, had mine installed in 2014, I’ve had nothing but problems I’ve been sent replacement handles for my windows which keep jamming and don’t forget some of these are fire windows. Some I’ve had to replace the handles twice. I’ve had 2 front doors, the first one was a different brown to match my windows now the second one is 6 years old and the paint is all bubbling, when you ring them there rude. I wouldn’t recommend them ever

Unfortunately, the sales representative was far more interested in his reflection on Microsoft Teams than anything I had to say. Not only was he beyond patronising and arrogant, but his lack of attention to detail and inability to listen to clients would probably explain the hard sell - quite apparent that with such lack of people skills, he would be nowhere near reaching this quarter’s sales targets. For example, I opened the brief by explaining quality was top of my list when it came to products. The purpose of a window refit was to reduce my energy bills and improve efficiency in my home. Why, then, he would decide “looks / style” as top of my apparent priorities is beyond me, specifically considering how I’d been explicitly clear of my objectives. Clearly this representative is style over substance.Working in marketing and branding myself, I know how important the brand pitch is. Did I need to listen to 40 minutes of marketing materials, however? No, probably not. When asked a number of times if, kindly, we could move onto the quote and measurements I was dismissed. Perhaps the shiny reflection in the corner of the screen had caught his eye once again… Acronyms were thrown at the wind in a bid to sound professional, although I would have much preferred to receive all documents via email and do my due diligence. I was told this wasn’t possible and I needed to be Whatsapped & that customers don’t really know what they’re doing or how to do their own research - “don’t you understand that?”It was about 45 mins into the sales pitch I was asked to pull out my tape measure. I couldn’t have been more caught off guard. Firstly, I’d just been told how many of my neighbours, friends, family and ancestors’ windows had been fitted by Anglian. Should it not be the case therefore that they would already know my exact window measurements? Secondly, I have NEVER worked with a company, regardless of size, who would expect a customer to measure up themselves… let alone on a zoom call!At this point I was ready to end the call, so thanked Matt for his time so far but said I would like to research further the information thrown at me today & also continue with my Saturday morning as I didn’t expect to be on for so long. The professionalism stepped up a notch, as with a smirk I was told I did accept a call for an hour. Did I not understand that? Unfortunately, I wasn’t expecting to sit in a pyramid scheme recruitment session for an hour, but rather I thought I was here to receive a window quote. Silly woman I am!I could not be more put off by my first meeting if I tried. An embarrassment to the company and a complete misogynist.

Serious issues from start to finish, and Anglian feel no obligation to put anything right. They measured up for the windows wrong, so they didn't fit properly once installed and we had to pay a builder to build out the wall on one side. They sent scaffolders at after 4pm, so they were constructing the scaffolding (very loud) over my young kids' bed time and until after 7pm. Builder I have used since has told me that the silicone work on the outside of the window is very bad. Anglian didn't have all the parts so left without finishing the job. They were meant to come back to sort both things but haven't. Biggest issue for me so far is they left scaffolding up for at least 5 weeks, during which time someone tried to break into the house. When I raised concerns about the security issues Anglian just told me that they, don't offer an emergency service
