We have tried to arrange to view a Property but they will only conduct viewing during their Office hours, (excluding Saturdays which are listed as Office Hours from 0900- 1400 hrs)Despite sending emails and speaking to staff on the Telephone and explaining that we both myself and my wife work and are, due to the nature of our Jobs, are unable to simple take time off at short notice.They have been completely inflexible and rigid with their approach which is not the level of customer service one would expect from a business of this nature.
