Heat pump fitted by ohm energy in November 23 to replace a lpg boiler. Survey and quote was efficient and reasonable. Adjustments to quote for radiators and other bits done easily and at a competitive price.The heating engineers fitting the system were excellent. They were tidy, polite and well organised. Cannot fault their time in our house.We were left with a warm house and plenty of hot water.Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Paul, Emma, Ollie and Keith at OHM. I have had a ground source heat pump installed by them aswell as PV panel system. The work was prompt and efficient but in particularly the after sale service and customer care is excellent. It is a big outlay and they always take time to answer questions and queries. Saving up for my Powerwall battery now and will be using these guys!

Very impressed with this company. From planning all the way to installation, they have been very understanding of my questions and they have made the whole process exciting and hassle free. The installation process was straightforward and the guys were very tidy with minimal disruption to our lives. I’m delighted with what has been achieved and look forward to working with them on other projects in the future. I highly recommend Ohm Energy.

Not worth half a star. Appalling customer service agent and terrible management manager defending the agent’s job! Spoke to a sales agent and she said she doesn’t know much cos she only started a few days ago, having asked to speak to a proper sales agent, spoke to a gentleman who said that the other agent actually only just started yesterday! Well she told me she started a few days ago, they used her to answer calls just cos everyone else was at lunch! She just wasn’t honest with the phone call with me and am disappointed that the trust of this company isn’t really there. Who wants a poor customer service when I was only asking for a quote??!

Professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Turned up on time, and go the job done.They installed my system about 10 years ago, and have maintained it superbly well in all that time.We had a rare breakdown recently, they got part of the system going, offered us a temporary solution, and came back and fixed it as soon as the parts were in. Well done - couldn't ask for more.

OHM fitted a heat pump in my three bedroom house in July 2022. They have been professional and reliable from first contact to the annual service, carried out in July 2023. OHM specialises in renewable energy, including heat pumps. I'd recommend a specialist when considering getting a heat pump because they're not yet common in the UK and it's best to have an experienced company involved. Highly recommended.

OHM were very efficient in installing our system back in 2015. We had an issue with a panel and the Chinese supplier was not helpful in not honouring the warranty. We did however eventually get it sorted and OHM kindly offered money towards the purchase of a new panel as goodwill. Thank you for finally allowing this to be resolved amicably.

Run by a bunch of cowboys. Installed a system approx 8 years ago that breaks down without fail every year at ludicrous cost to fix. Despite being a single mum of 2 young children I am left without heating and hot water for over 2 weeks - not sure what constitutes emergency. Pre-pay for work that doesn't get completed. Regret ever having system installed - makes winter an unrelenting nightmare.
