Visited the store for the first time and found it a very pleasant experience. Nathan Anselm is an absolute star very friendly and accommodating, what ever you guys pay him its not enough!!! The level of customer service was incredible which is not common these days. Will definitely come back again.

Visited Chadwell heath branch on Thursday, nicely laid out store, easy to find items, was looking for gift for brother, staff member asked if they could help, they came up with a few suggestions, one of which was a ck windproof top at half price. I purchased this item and was very pleased with help I got, all the staff were friendly and greeted me. Excellent customer service, will definately be going there again. We'll done.

Nathan is an absolute credit to the business. Popped in to look at buying a new driver and received unbiased advise and was consistently hitting the ball further than I have ever done before thanks to some coaching from Nathan.If you are in the market for a new club(s) make sure you ask for Nathan!

Best service received ever when getting fitted for my new set of clubs. Nathan is the man for the job. He showed a wealth of knowledge as a coach and fitter - combined with High end tracking equipment (£20K+ Trackman), a real driving range to compare with, and almost any club/shaft/grip combination you can imagine. My ball flight was getting better and better with every idea Nathan had. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

All you would expect from a good and well equipped golf shop.Always has a few sale items for some great buys if you're lucky enough to find your size.Friendly and helpful staff.Always worth a visit, especially if you're using the driving range next door.

Tried driving range. Enjoyed it with my friend. 120 balls for £12.50I liked the golf balls feeding through and position automatically. Saves time. Good fun to spend an evening

I had to deal with the shop allot since they opened. 1stly I had a broken driver and Ben was great at fighting my corner with the manufacturer although it was well used. Paul the manager is allways great,friendly and helpful with any need in the shop. I then had a fitting with Nathan who knew exactly what clubs and shafts. he got me into a set of irons that is totally transformed my game. (Despite me being a difficult customer) Thank you all for a great service.Keep it up.
