Such a poor service! I paid for my tickets and at the airport I had to pay an additional fee for the baggage and the airport staff told me to claim thus through the agency I booked through as its their mistake for only allow 1 baggage of 32kg. I contacted Gia Travels again regarding this and asking for a refund. But they refused and blamed me saying it was like that on the ticket. I would not recommend this agency! They have ignored my messages on WhatsApp too. Rude staff as well. Lost my money.

First of all the team is available anytime round the clock to help you find reasonable and affordable tickets. Always been very honest and reliable. More recently Ani, Bonny and the rest of the team have been immensely helpful during emergency travels for myself and my family, especially in recent pandemic situations . With flight cancellations nowadays being so unpredictable, the team had been extremely helpful in finding solutions and earliest available flights , have been very honest about ticket costs and takes very non-profitable charges only ... in comparison to many other travel agents I have used in the past. I also appreciate their patience and professionalism.I wish the team all the very best and hope this will be an encouragement to keep up your good work as always for the customers!

Worst experience I received from gia travels .I have booked ticket to India from uk .I told them very clearly about waiting time .I didn't want to wait more than 4 hours in the airport,this was the only concern I raised and they accepted and send me the exact flight with 4 hours waiting time .Then finally they booked the ticket with 18 hours of waiting time this was my experience with gia travels. So I talk to them , they said that if you want to change the flight you need to pay penalty for that.

Very poor service. I travelled with my wife and my 3 month old baby. But we faced lot of issues with the ticket of our baby. I contacted one of the staff in gia but she was very rude and didnt even help us. Even while returning also we had problem with our childs ticket because of that we almost missed our flight, they we contacted the staff nobody picked the call. We wiik never recommended this agency to any of my friends. It will be good if you improve your customer service

Really bad service.I booked a ticket with them and made a mistake in my booking, they said it will be alright and they promised that they have made the necessary arrangements to rectify it, on reaching the airport they had no clue about rectification made . They give false promises
