Ian and his brother are hard working almost to a fault. Did a great job of our initial fitting which really had a wow factor. One year on came back to re-sand and stain after a year of Labrador damage. Floors still look great.

Ian arranged to come round and give a quote, however he cancelled last minute due to traffic. This was understandable, and then he came around about a week later and gave a very reasonable figure. He then gave us a week when he could do the work. We said that this sounded good, but didn't peg down a specific date as we would arrange this a bit closer to the time. Two weeks later, I attempted to contact Ian again. At this point I texted, called and e-mailed on multiple occasions across a week, as well as leaving voicemail messages, however all of these were ignored. This sent our entire project out of sync as the floor was one of many parts of a larger renovation. Ian went entirely off the radar and left us in an extremely difficult situation, as every other contractor was booked up and could not do the job on such short notice. Whilst the quote he gave was good, the work was never carried out and I have not heard from this tradesman since, despite my best efforts.

I have used I J Casey Flooring a 3 times now throughout my property.I find the quotes below very hard to believe. Ian was always on time, Clean and tidy, and I found his work at a very high standard.
