Visited today with my daughter to treat her for her birthday. What a wonderful experience. The lady who served us was so lovely, took time to help my daughter choose something she is over the moon with and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel lovely and like a valued customer. Some absolutely gorgeous things in here too. Highly recommend.

Asked for a nose ring a thick one gave me a thin one didn’t realise didn’t even properly leave the door ask if I can change it and won’t sorry but wth I can’t return it I didn’t leave the shop waist of money

Everytime I go to Lee Louise they are so helpful and friendly, to the point of outstanding service, I am isolating at the minute, instead of just charging me and sending through the post, they dropped off my purchases at my home. Completely made my day. Thank you for being so amazing. Naomi

Everyone in the shop is so friendly. Whenever I go into Chester, Lee Louise is the place I always go to, the staff are so welcoming and kind, and will help you with any questions and queries as they’ve helped me in the past. The products are cheaper than local places and better quality too! I got myself a lovely salt lamp for my room recently and I’ve never been more happy!

Unreasonable staff taking advantage of a kid. Daughter pointed and asked for a certain type of nose ring the staff gave her the wrong one, she realised just as she stepped foot out of the door.She then went back in and the women told her no we cant change it, there mistake then they act snotty towards a 12 year old. Get a grip a##holes. Awful customer service .

Lovely selection of alternative clothes and goods, I always make a point of visiting when in Chester. They recently went out of their way to find a pair of earrings for me and sent them quickly by post. Excellent!

If you like different things to the 'norm', Primark, next etc, Lee Louise is the shop for you. I shopped for clothes here in the 1980s. It's still fabulous. ❤️

I fell in love with this shop on a recent visit to Chester. It is just wonderful and stocks a great selection. I purchased a really beautiful scarf and get many people admiring it and wanted buy another as a present, so I rang the shop and asked if they could post one out to me. Customer service was excellent, couldn't fault it, and my item arrived promptly. Special thanks to Julie who made it such a pleasant experience!
