Tahi Eatery

I came to know this place by coincidence, and I'm so glad I did. They have a wide range of food, teas, and coffee. I had avocado and poached eggs, but I have to say this it was an exceptional one. I've never tasted something as creative as this one in Manchester. The flavors were on point. The place was so cozy, and the customer service was great. We were served by James, and he made sure we had a good experience and explained the menu for us. I would highly recommend it, I had a pleasant experience that'll definitely repeat.

One star less for service as it took a while to seat us and we weren't given menus, we had to ask for it. I think they were understaffed or really busy. Other customers near us waited a very long time for their food but they gave a discount on the food to compensate.Amazing food and atmosphere. Really loved the French toast with the honeycomb and vanilla cream. I wish I could have it in London. Definitely recommend going!

Gorgeous brunch spot! So many food and drink options with friendly and warm service (shout-out to Lauren who kindly accommodated my extra crispy bacon request). The decor is modern jungle/industrial vibes, very aesthetically pleasing. We ordered the crobuns (defo get with chilli jam) which were delightful and very filling! Also the sweetcorn fritters were generous and more than enough for 3-4 people!

It was very nice experience, the service was very quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The croissant was fresh and tasty. However, I only drink Americano cafe and the one I got was not nice, the coffee beans are not good. That’s my opinion. Another negative thing is that the price for the smoked salmon is £4 for the portion showing in the picture for only one dish. I think it a bit too much.I will definitely go back again for the croissant.

Love this place! We came for breakfast and loved the choice.The meals were good and the staff are excellent.The coffee was also great and the cakes then make are immense!Definitely a hidden gem!

- cappuccino £3.50- green kakiriki juice £3.80- french toast £10.50- braised beef cheek £13.50i love the atmosphere bc it’s so spacious and airy and the use of greenery is a nice touch bc it really does feel like an escape from the city! even though it was relatively quiet, the service was quite slow as we had to ask for a table but it picked up afterwards and the servers themselves were helpful and friendly. i ordered the cappuccino with oat milk but was given cow milk - i thought it tasted strange but i didn’t know for sure until we got the bill bc there was no surcharge for oat milk… luckily this is just a preference but it can be dangerous for people with allergies/intolerances. we also had an iffy experience with the juice bc it was brown, not green. even the server was sceptical so he had to ask the chef whether it was actually the right juice. we were then given a new and ‘greener’ juice but we wouldn’t order it again as it was quite watery and tasted of regular apple juice.the french toast changes weekly and for our visit, the flavour was strawberries and cream! this is one of my favourite combinations bc it’s a classic so you can’t go wrong. they nailed the flavours and i especially loved the milk crumb bc it added butteriness and texture but the toast itself was quite dry so it definitely needed the ice cream. the braised beef cheek was so tender and on a whole, it was very delicious! but it could’ve been a bigger portion bc it was almost £15.i do like their concept of kiwi-inspired dishes bc it’s something new and a nice addition to the mcr food scene. however, the food didn’t wow me enough to rush back and the service could’ve been a bit better but overall, im glad i tried it and i would be willing to come back for their pastries bc they are very popular and highly-rated!

Very good coffee and the food menu has variety, well presented and tastes good. Must visit brunch place.

Love Tahi Eatery. The food was delicious, portion sizes were perfect and the prices were fair. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. They also do great looking pastries.
