Great showroom and service. It is so important to get good advice when ordering interior products and that is what we received from Tonia at Island showroom. More and more I am realising the importance of a retail shop as opposed to buying online. In fact Islands price was comparable to online and you get the opportunity to kick the tyres"and look and compare different product

Loads of choice with many different styles in the showroom. Tonia was very helpful and offered advice but did not pressure me into making a decision. She also didn't mind when I changed my mind several times.Would recommend them as they have far more choice than other bathroom showrooms and the price isn't bad either.

This is the 2nd time, in so many years that we have used Island Bathrooms, both times they have been impressive throughout the process. Simon Crane, who I cannot recommend highly enough, translated our random ideas into 3 beautiful bathrooms. He has been designing bathrooms for many years and it shows, he is hugely experienced and knowledgeable, he offered ideas, made suggestions and accommodated any changes we made during the process. He recommended the bathroom fitters, Design me a bathroom, (Justin Perrett) and just like the last time the whole team went above and beyond expectation. They were always on had to ask exactly where we wanted, things such as the exact location of lighting and depth of recess (for my bottles!) to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted. They were always clean, tidy and super friendly, a truly amazing professional team. I feel very fortunate to have had such a fantastic experience, given the horror stories of some of my friends.

We have been dealing with Simon C. with our bathroom refit plans and it was great to receive such great service!Simon was expert in using the software which enables a 3D image of the bathroom to be projected onto a widescreen.This is great to give you confidence that everything will fit and give sufficient clearance/space around the chosen units.We thank Simon and the team at Island Bathrooms for their expert help in the design of our new bathroom.

Excellent customer service. Simon Crane was amazing. He did a couple of different designs and then helped me decision which would work better in my bathroom. The delivery driver was great, as he waited for me to get home from dropping my car off at the garage. My bathroom is being fitting at the moment, I can’t wait to see it finished. We cannot recommend Island Bathrooms highly enough.From discussing early designs and products through to purchase and then the delivery and after sales they made the entire process as stress free as possible.There are many bathroom suppliers out there but Island Bathrooms are by far the best. They achieve a good balance between value for money, quality and customer service.Special mention must go to Simon Whitelock who was meticulous and very patient in helping us with the initial ideas, quote and final purchase. I dread to think the number of quotes and changes we made, but nothing was ever too much. Simon was always great in getting back to us. It’s hard to find people who do exactly what they promise, but Simon certainly does that!The delivery was also great. Fernando made sure all the items were there and also helped support us checking a number of items for any damage. Again, his customer service was great, making sure we were happy with everything before leaving.Unfortunately, after closer inspection a couple of items were damaged. However, there was no hesitation from the after sales team to quickly source replacements. In particular, Matt Webb was fantastic in sourcing a replacement shower screen within 24 hours to ensure the job wasn’t delayed. Amazing service!All in all, we can’t recommend Island Bathrooms and their friendly staff highly enough. They are by far the best in the local area!

Large showroom, quality bathrooms at competitive prices. Benefit of online prices with personal design. Excellent customer service and delivery. No pressure sale. I have just had my bathroom fitted and couldn't be happier.

We had a new ensuite designed, supplied and fitted by Island bathrooms, Bournemouth. The advice given by Tonia was just what we needed and the finished room looks fabulous. I have no hesitation in recommending Island Bathrooms.
